Domaine Ledogar La Compagnon Corbieres 2020

From a vineyard with clay-limestone, sandstone & red clay soils just next to a Pine forest. 80% Syrah blend with 10% of Carignan and Grenache respectively. Hand picked, fermented in open top concrete tanks. Pressed off and back into concrete vats, no sulphur added at all during elevage. 2 to three rackings during ageing. Very light filtration and a very small dosage of sulphur, less than 20 mg/L total.
