The Blanc de Noir is a 100% Pinot Noir masterpiece crafted from 30-year-old vines, blending over 50% reserve wines with base wines from the 2019 vintage. Fermented in temperature-controlled vessels and enriched by reserve wines matured in foudres since 2007, it offers remarkable depth, complexity, and balance. Biodynamic practices and 3-5 years of lees aging enhance its finesse, while a low dosage of 3.2g/L highlights its purity. Bottled in June 2020 and disgorged in January 2024, this cuvée embodies tradition and precision in every sip.
