Marion Amarone Valpolicella 2017
Like the Valpolicella Superiore this wine is constructed of predominately Corvina and Corvinone with Oseleta, Rondinella and a touch of Molinara for colour however of 100% of the wine is made using the apppassimento method. The bunches are and sorted into small plastic tubs and dried for 8-10 weeks after which the wines will spend 3 years in oak. Same as the Valpolicella Superiore only 10% now sees small barrel (Tonneaux, 350 to 500ltr) wih the rest in 3000ltr, all Slovenian oak.
