Domaine Ann Parent Bourgogne Pinot Noir Selection Pomone 2020

This wine first launched in 2015. Ann decided to make a ‘super’ Bourgogne due to the superb conditions of the 2015 vintage, exclusively from old vines specifically around the village of Pommard and in certain vintages declassified Ladoix village. The wine was so well received she has continued to produce this wine. Usually 100% destemmed and a short maceration pre-ferment in open top concrete vat then aged in barrel and demi-muid, touch of new oak (10 to 20%).
