Unico Zelo have found some fantastic terrior outside the norm. Organic Fiano and 70 year Old Muscat d’Alessandria vines from the Riverland? I know, it took me a second to digest but its super smart. They have paid way over the odds (still value vs Hills, Barossa etc.) to the growers of these vineyards to gain access to some completely uncharted Australian ‘terroir’.
