Pascal Janvier Cuvee du Silex Jasnieres 2021

This wine is a blend predominantly featuring Chenin Blanc grapes and falls under the Coteaux du Loir appellation in France’s Loire region. Crafted by Pascal Janvier, who also serves as the winemaker, the grapes are sourced from a 6-hectare vineyard boasting vines aged between 35 to 40 years. The terroir is characterized by a combination of clay, flint, and limestone soils. Following fermentation, an additional racking occurs, and the wines undergo further aging for several months before the bottling process.
