La Bastide Blanche Bandol Rose 2021

Grapes are sourced from plots in La Bastide Blanche, Baumelles & Castillon. Majority goblet vineyards with an average age of 28 years, average yield 35-38 hl/ha. Blend of 44% Mourvedre, 33% Cinsault, 14% Grenache and a small portion of Clairette and Ugni Blanc. Hand picked, short contact on skins then pressed off, transferred via gravity to tank for fermentation.
