Les Bulles Pet Nat NV

After a long search for a Pet-Nat styled the way we desired we decided to produce our own. This release is collaboration between Francaboutwine and Dirty Black Denim Winemakers. Fruit sourced from Central Victoria the wine is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris, with a splash of Dolcetto from the Mornington Peninsula. A lovely red-hued pet-nat. The Chardonnay brings flesh and structure to the wine, the Pinot Gris aromatics and the Dolcetto fresh fruits. Think fresh summer berries, spritz like and refreshingly dry – Drink on the balcony with the sun out.
