Domaine Ledogar Carignan Blanc 2019

Sourced from 3 plots owned by Domaine Ledogar planted with Carignan Blanc of 40, 60 and 80 year old vines respectively. One located on deep clay/sandy soil, one on their windy named vineyard ‘La Mariole’ on clay and small pebbles and the last on a former riverbed, alluvial soils. Hand picked early in the morning, pressed and left to settle for 2 days. Wild fermented, primary and malolactic fermentation in barrel, 13 months total elevage. Classfied as Vin de France due to the fact that to be classified under the AOP it cannot be 100% of one varietal.
