Founded in 1895, Domaine Gérard Duplessis is a family-run estate located in the heart of Chablis. Today, the domaine is managed by Lilian Duplessis, who oversees its 9 hectares of vineyards, spanning 8 appellations, including Petit Chablis, village Chablis, Premier Cru, and Grand Cru sites.

Since 2007, the vineyards have been cultivated organically, achieving certification in 2013—a notable accomplishment in Chablis’ challenging climate. The domaine now incorporates biodynamic practices, further enhancing the expression of its unique terroirs.

The soils play a key role, with Kimmeridgian limestone supporting the village, Premier Cru, and Grand Cru vineyards, and Portlandian limestone defining their Petit Chablis. This geological diversity ensures that each wine delivers a distinct and authentic taste of Chablis.
