A vibrant and aromatic Sicilian Vermentino named after the island’s famous Zagara flower that blooms on lemon trees. Fermented in stainless steel and aged briefly on lees, it offers perfumed aromas of white blossom, stone fruit and preserved lemon. The palate shows juicy apricot, citrus peel and a hint of grapefruit pith, balanced by refreshing acidity. A perfect match for grilled seafood or light pasta.
