Named after the mineral Sélénite, this biodynamic Pinot Gris glows with purity and balance. Sourced from two estate vineyards in Wettolsheim and Wintzenheim, the grapes are hand-harvested and wild-fermented on fine lees in tank, with no additions other than a light sulphur dose at bottling. The wine finishes naturally dry — under one gram of residual sugar, preserving its crisp structure and textural finesse.

The palate reveals pear, white peach and almond blossom, with a silky texture and gentle spice on the finish. Elegant yet expressive, this is Alsace Pinot Gris at its most authentic, reflecting the estate’s commitment to biodynamic farming and minimal intervention winemaking.
