Vickery Watervale Riesling 2025

From seven vineyards across Watervale, with vines dating back to 1975, this Riesling is a true expression of Clare Valley’s finesse. The grapes were hand-harvested in March, with each vineyard picked at peak ripeness. To lock in freshness, the fruit was pressed straight after harvest, with a portion of pressings carefully blended in to add depth. Fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures, the result is a bright, structured Riesling with layers of citrus and minerality.

Drink now for its lively character or cellar for over a decade for added complexity.
