This Reserve Riesling is sourced from a single vineyard in Watervale. A cooler, wetter vintage in 2021 delivered grapes with vibrant acidity and structure. Hand-harvested at peak ripeness, the fruit was pressed immediately, and a portion of light pressings was blended in to add depth while maintaining finesse. Fermentation took place in stainless steel, followed by careful aging before release.
