Vickery ‘The Reserve’ Eden Valley Riesling 2021

A special release, made from a standout vineyard parcel in Eden Valley. The 2021 vintage was cooler and wetter, resulting in Rieslings with incredible longevity. The grapes were hand-harvested and gently pressed to maintain purity, with a light inclusion of pressings to enhance structure. Fermented in stainless steel, then aged in a temperature-controlled cellar before release, this is a wine built to age beautifully.

Best enjoyed with fresh seafood or on its own to appreciate its evolving complexity. Cellar for 15+ years to watch its layers unfold.
