Crisp, pure, and unmistakably Eden Valley. Sourced from select vineyards with vines planted as early as 1961, this Riesling is all about precision and elegance. The grapes were hand-picked in the cool of the morning and pressed immediately to retain freshness. Fermentation took place at cool temperatures in stainless steel, ensuring the wine’s signature citrus and mineral-driven character. A carefully selected portion of pressings was included to build texture, while an early press cut ensured finesse and balance.
