Ten Minutes by Tractor 10X Rose 2023

The 2024 10x Rose is sourced from all vineyard sites under management of Ten Minutes by Tractor. This wine is 100% Pinot Noir and is selected specifically for the rose, the picking team are searching for bunches that show freshness and greater acidity, perfect for crafting light and elegant roses. 

All bunches are handpicked and sorted. The fruit is then whole bunch pressed with as gentle extraction as possible. Wild yeast fermentation occurs in stainless steel and seasoned wood before partial malolactic fermentation. The wine is matured for 4 months in 6-8 year old barrels before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
