Ten Minutes by Tractor 10X Pinot Gris 2025

Classic Mornington Peninsula Gris at its finest from this magnificent vintage, 2025 saw moderately warm days throughout the ripening season with cool nights and nice dry conditions. Allowing perfect ripeness with great acid retention.

The 2025 Pinot Gris is a blend of 3 vineyards across the region, Hunts Road, Osborn and Wallis. Each contributing a unique expression, the sum of which is an alluring and perfumed gris with plenty of orchard fruits, musk and a touch of spice. It has great depth and drive with a slight phenolic grip providing the right amount of structure.

Fruit as always was hand picked and sorted before being pressed into a combination of Stainless steel, concrete and older barriques. Ferment occurred with ambient yeast. Post ferment maturation occurred in concrete and French oak barrels which assist with the integration of bright primary fruit and savoury layers with mineral complexity.
