Ten Minutes by Tractor 10X Field Blend 2025

An exciting addition to the winery portfolio, the first 10X Field Blend. A blend of Riesling, Fiano, Friulano and Gewurztraminer. The fruit is sourced from 2 of the wineries ‘Down the Hill’ Vineyards; Hunts Road and Mihaly. The 2025 vintage saw incredible ripening conditions across the Mornington Peninsula giving wines with incredible ripeness with refreshing acidity, perfect for a bright and primary fruited field blend.

Fruit was all hand picked before being whole bunch pressed into a combination of concrete and stainless steel fermenters, the juice underwent a light racking to retain only the light and fluffy lees before fermentation began.

Ferments were kept very cool to retain primary fruit and freshness, lees were agitated across some parcels to add weight and savoury complexity. The individual parcels were then blended before bottling.
