Ten Minutes by Tractor 10X Chardonnay 2025

The 2025 10X Chardonnay is sourced from vineyards across the Mornington Peninsula. The 2025 vintage saw the broadest selection of fruit, with grapes coming from Osborn, Hunts Road, Mills, McCutcheon,Judd, Wallis and Gabrielle vineyards.

All fruit was handpicked and hand sorted, refrigerated overnight to reduce core temperature and to reduce the possibility of oxidation/over extraction of phenolics. The bunches are pressed whole into stainless steel tanks and allowed to settle before being racked off to French Oak barriques and Puncheons for wild fermentation. Some battonage occurred across different barrels to add texture and mid palate weight.

The wine spent 5 months in barrel (10% new) before being blended, a light filtration occured before being bottled.
