Stargazer Tupelo 2025

Samantha Connew’s much-loved white blend from Tasmania’s Coal River Valley, inspired by Alsace’s Gentil styles. The 2025 vintage brings together Pinot Gris (39%), Pinot Blanc (30%), Gewürztraminer (24%) and Riesling (7%), creating a wine that balances texture, spice and freshness. Hand-picked fruit, eight hours skin contact, wild ferment in seasoned oak and concrete egg, then two months on lees. Pale yellow, with aromas of mandarin, honeysuckle, ginger and musk, the palate is glossy and layered with bright acidity and a touch of residual sugar for balance. Named after the rare Tupelo tree and its honey, celebrated for perfect natural harmony, just like this wine.
