Prophets Rock Sophora Pinot Noir 2023

Perfumed and graceful, the 2023 Sophora Pinot Noir offers red cherry, rose petal and wild strawberry, framed by fine tannins and subtle oak spice. Elegant and pure, it glides effortlessly across the palate with mineral freshness and length.

Sourced from the Kopuwai Delta Vineyard in Pisa, this new single-vineyard release reflects the warmer microclimate and free-draining schist soils of the site. Protected by mountains and influenced by glacial terraces, it produces Pinot Noir of poise and clarity.

The grapes were handpicked, fully destemmed, and wild-fermented with minimal extraction. Aged 11 months in French oak (20% new) and bottled unfiltered.
