Prophet’s Rock Pinot Gris 2024

Beautifully expressive and textural, the 2024 Pinot Gris shows pear, white peach and subtle spice, layered with floral and mineral notes. The palate is rich yet finely balanced, with a silky texture and long, dry finish.

Sourced from three estate vineyards in Bendigo and Pisa, the fruit is farmed to the same meticulous standard as Prophet’s Rock Pinot Noir. Low yields and extended lees ageing bring depth and complexity while preserving the variety’s natural purity.

The grapes were handpicked and whole-bunch pressed, with the juice fermented naturally in old oak barrels (80%) and aged on lees for ten months. Bottled before the following harvest.
