Most of the Prosecco’s on the market are ‘Extra Dry’ which confusingly is the opposite of what the name makes out. We have in the past imported other cuvees from Perlage but after a full range review in January 2019 we all found ourselves during a blind tasting loving this Brut style. 10 grams RS. Hand picked, 100% Certified organic Glera sourced exclusively from 15-20 year old vines from the highly regarded DOCG of Conegliano Valdobbiadene.
