Neldner Road Steinert Eden Valley Riesling 2024

From a single vineyard in Flaxman’s Valley, Eden Valley, where 90-year-old vines grow at 440 metres altitude on quartzitic dark loam over clay. Hand-picked, whole bunch pressed and fermented cool in stainless steel, then cold stabilised and bottled.

White flowers, stone fruit and a fresh wet stone minerality on the nose. The palate is rounded and precise, with white apple, lime pith and a zesty, grapefruity finish carried by fine acidity.
