Mulline Single Vineyard Sutherlands Creek Chardonnay 2024

From the warmer, drier Moorabool Valley, this single vineyard Chardonnay is layered and textured. Grown on grey and brown loams over fragmented granite, it was wild fermented in a mix of new and seasoned French and Austrian oak (25% new), with 30% undergoing malolactic fermentation. Expect ripe stone fruit, lemon curd and flinty oak spice wrapped in a savoury, mineral palate.
