Mulline Pinot Gris 2025

Sourced from a single vineyard on the Surf Coast in Geelong, this Pinot Gris is all about freshness, texture and quiet complexity. Hand-picked over several days, the fruit was fermented in a mix of stainless steel and older oak, building depth while keeping the wine bright and pure.

A small portion of the blend spent time on skins, adding a subtle copper blush, gentle structure and aromatic lift. The result is a vibrant, expressive Pinot Gris showing pear, citrus peel and soft spice, with a clean, energetic finish that makes it effortlessly drinkable.
