This Geelong Chardonnay brings together fruit from select vineyard sites across the Moorabool Valley and the Bellarine Peninsula, capturing both freshness and texture in a balanced regional blend.

Fermented in French oak barriques and hogsheads, with a small portion of new oak adding subtle shape rather than richness, it shows citrus, stone fruit and gentle almond notes. A touch of malolactic fermentation softens the palate while preserving the wine’s natural line and energy.

Poised and medium-bodied, this is a refined Chardonnay with clarity, quiet power and excellent balance, finishing clean and precise.
