Mezzo Chardonnay 2025

Sourced from vineyards across the Limestone Coast, where terra rossa soils over limestone and cool maritime influences produce Chardonnay with natural freshness and bright varietal character. The cooler 2025 season allowed for an extended ripening period, delivering fruit with excellent balance, flavour concentration and lively acidity.

Fermented in stainless steel to retain purity and vibrancy, the wine sees a small portion matured briefly in French oak to add subtle texture without overshadowing the fruit.

The result is a fresh, approachable Chardonnay showing citrus, white peach and gentle creamy notes, with a bright, clean finish. Easy to enjoy yet beautifully balanced.
