Le Domaine de Henri’s estate Chablis, full organic practises from 40 year old vines predominently from the Lieu dit of Maligny in the North close to the wnery and their beautiful holdings in the 1er Cru of Fourchaume with a parcel from Fye. Fermentation in tank then aged in a combination of Tank, Amphora and seasoned 22ltr + 600ltr barrels. On fine lees for 17 months before bottling.
