Le Domaine d’Henri Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume 2023

From one of the most recognised Premier Cru sites in Chablis, this cuvée from Le Domaine d’Henri draws on three hectares of estate vineyards across Vaupulent, Fourchaume and Homme Mort. With 45-year-old vines rooted in classic Kimmeridgian soils, the wine captures both the power and precision that define Fourchaume.

Farmed with organic practices (certification pending) and hand-harvested, the fruit is fermented with indigenous yeasts before undergoing full malolactic fermentation. The élevage is carefully balanced, with 18 months of ageing split between stainless steel and large oak barrels, bringing together freshness, texture and depth.
