L.A.S. Vino ‘Wildberry Springs’ Chardonnay 2025

From an immaculate thirty-year-old Gin Gin clone vineyard in the heart of Willyabrup, planted by John Durack, whose family were among the first to drive cattle across the Kimberley. A site Nic spent years persuading before he could source fruit from it, and one that continues to reward that patience.

Hand-picked, chilled overnight and whole-bunch pressed, only free-run juice retained. Fermented in a combination of quartz amphorae and French barriques, thirty percent new oak, eleven months in vessel without malolactic fermentation, bottled unfined.
