The fruit comes from 45-year-old dry-grown vines in Yallingup, hand-picked and co-fermented with gentle hand plunging. Pressed to barrel and matured for 24 months in seasoned French oak, the wine has had the time to find its shape.

Rich, smooth and full-bodied, with the kind of layered complexity that rewards a slow evening. Dark fruit, floral lift and a long, polished finish.
