L.A.S. Vino ‘Between the Capes’ Margaret River Chardonnay 2025

A pure and energetic Margaret River Chardonnay, drawing fruit from several distinctive pockets between the Capes, including Wilyabrup, Metricup and Karridale. Made entirely from the Gin Gin clone, the vineyards are hand-picked over multiple passes to capture balance, freshness and site expression.

Whole-bunch pressed and fermented with minimal intervention, the wine is matured for ten months in seasoned French barriques, with a small portion in amphora. Gentle lees stirring builds texture, while the absence of malolactic fermentation keeps the palate bright, precise and lifted.
