Partial malolactic, lees stirred very two weeks, 5% new oak. It’s also important to add it comes from some excellent vineyards. A blend of three vineyards including the existing L.A.S Vino single vineyard sites of Barrels of Metricup and Wild Berry Springs. One vineyard located in Willyabrup, one in Metricup and one in Treeton. 90% Gin Gin clone, 10% Clone 3.
