L.A.S. Vino Albino Pinot 2025

Strawberries and cream has always been the shorthand for Albino Pinot, but the 2025 takes things somewhere genuinely new. Ninety percent Pinot Noir and ten percent Chardonnay, with a portion of fermentations started using yeasts sourced from native Australian flowers, including the red flowering gum and the Rottnest Island tea tree. Something Nic believes is a first in Australia, and possibly the world.

Eighty percent in French barriques, twenty percent in clay amphora, with varying fermentation approaches across each parcel building layers of flavour and texture that make this the most complex Albino Pinot to date.

Delicate red fruits, floral lift and a creamy, textural mid-palate. Refined and distinctive, with that signature L.A.S. balance running through the finish.

A rosé that rewards attention. Beautiful now and through 2027.
