Italo Cescon Chardonnay 2025

A clean, expressive Chardonnay from the villages of Vagarè, Vallonto and Fontanelle, where sedimentary alluvial soils and high-density planting bring real character to every vintage. Hand-harvested and gently pressed, the fruit ferments slowly and coolly, then rests on fine lees in stainless steel before a further three months settling in bottle.

Straw yellow with a hint of green, this is a Chardonnay that leads with fruit. Apple and banana on the nose, a touch of toasty bread crust underneath, then a savoury, crisp palate with a lovely almond finish to close things out.
