A focused and characterful Petit Chablis from one of the appellation’s most carefully tended small domaines. Lilian Duplessis works just two tiny parcels, one behind the Premier Cru of Vaillons, the other on the plateau near Preuses, both farmed organically and vinified with minimal intervention.
