Fletcher Cantina della Stazione Dolcetto D’Alba DOC 2024

Sourced from a 60-year-old vineyard in San Rocco, Alba, this Dolcetto comes from one of the most traditional areas for the variety. Set at higher altitude on white calcareous soils, the site delivers a style that’s more structured and age-worthy than the softer, early-drinking Dolcetto often seen today.

Fermented naturally in open tanks with gentle handling and aged in seasoned barrels, the 2024 shows dark cherry, plum and subtle floral notes, with a firm, savoury backbone and refreshing line of acidity. The palate is dry, focused and quietly powerful, finishing with fine tannins and a sense of restraint that reflects both site and vintage.

A serious, classic expression of Dolcetto that rewards attention while remaining beautifully drinkable.
