Fletcher C24 Langhe DOC Chardonnay 2024

A distinctive expression of Langhe Chardonnay, shaped by cool north-facing sites and a clear focus on natural freshness and balance. The 2024 vintage brings together fruit from a mature vineyard in Barbaresco and David Fletcher’s own plantings beside the winery, both chosen for their cooler exposures and ability to retain acidity.

Whole-bunch pressed and fermented in French oak, the wine is aged on lees for ten months, with around 30% new oak adding subtle texture and framing. The result is a poised, quietly powerful Chardonnay showing white peach, citrus peel and almond, with a mineral edge and a long, composed finish.

Elegant and restrained, this is a Chardonnay that speaks more of place and line than richness.
