This exceptional limited-release Brut Nature is the latest creation from Dominique Portet, designed to showcase the elegance and complexity of the Upper Yarra Valley. Made from a carefully selected blend of 45% Pinot Noir and 55% Chardonnay, this sparkling wine is sourced exclusively from fruit grown on the estate’s leased vineyard near Gladysdale, an area celebrated for its ideal conditions for sparkling wine production.

Left on lees for 36 months, this Brut Nature is crafted without any dosage, allowing the purity and richness of the fruit to shine through. With reserve wines dating back 8 to 10 years, it adds layers of complexity and depth. The result is a wine with a fine mousse, bright fruit, and a long, focused finish that reflects the warmth and ripeness of the vintage.
