60% Carignan blended with 20% Mourvedre and 20% Grenache. This is the estate’s top cuvee, only made in excellent vintages. Sourced specifically from the best vineyards in the Domaine. Hand picked, destemmed and first part of the fermentation starts in open top concrete tanks. Pressed off with some sugars remaining into barrel to finish the primary and malolactic. After 24 months in barrel the family chose the best casks, then the varieties are blended for the final wine.
