Sourced from two parcels of village classified St Aubin. Au Bas de Jorcul at the top left border of St Aubin, East facing slope + Champ Tirant looking North East. Total plantings owned across these two parcels is just 0.63 of a hectare,average vine age around 35 years old.
Pressed, settled then moved to barrel by gravity. Fermented in barrel (20% new) then elevage on lees for 10 months.
