The 2015 blend of Merlot (67%), Cabernet Franc (20%), Petit Verdot (12%) and a touch of Malbec was vinified parcel by parcel in open-top fermenters with gentle hand pigeage. Aged for 12 months in seasoned oak, followed by a further year in vat, the wine is layered and beautifully composed.
