Domaine Baudouin Millet Chablis Vielle Vignes 2024

Drawn from 65-year-old vines planted on classic Kimmeridgian limestone soils, this Chablis captures the purity and minerality that define the region. The vineyard sits on the eastern side of the appellation, where old vines deliver fruit with natural concentration and precision.

Fermented and matured in temperature-controlled stainless steel and aged on fine lees for six months, the wine retains its vibrant freshness while gaining subtle texture. Produced in very small quantities, around 180 dozen each year, this is a focused, traditional expression of Chablis.
