Cote Martin ‘Galerie Texture’ Chenin Blanc 2024

Textured and expressive Chenin Blanc grown on limestone and clay slopes high in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Predominantly fermented in tank, with a small portion aged in oak for richness and complexity. The grapes are left to ripen longer on the vine, creating a wine that balances ripe orchard fruit with vibrant acidity. Expect aromas of pear, quince and acacia, followed by a silky, mineral finish.
