Cascina Delle Monache ‘Sorì della Monaca’ Gavi di Gavi DOCG 2024

The first wine crafted back in 2018, Sorì della Monaca comes from a single, sun-exposed vineyard in the heart of Gavi, Piedmont. Made entirely from estate-grown Cortese, the 30-year-old vines sit on classic Cessola marls and sandy soils, bringing purity and mineral tension to the wine.

Hand-harvested and cold-macerated before gentle basket pressing, it’s fermented at cool temperatures and aged on fine lees for five months. The result is a bright, textured Gavi that combines citrus freshness with elegant depth, a modern expression of this revered Italian white wine
