Cantina Calcagno Ginestra Etna Bianco 2024

Grown on the eastern slopes of Mount Etna in the Volpari Contrada of Milo, this pure Carricante comes from 40-year-old bush vines rooted in volcanic, mineral-rich soils at 850 metres altitude.

Fermented and aged on fine lees for eight months in stainless steel, it’s a beautifully textural white, vibrant, mineral-driven and pure, with citrus, almond and salty notes that speak clearly of Etna’s volcanic landscape.
