Cantina Calcagno Etna Rosso 2023

Eighty percent Nerello Mascalese and twenty percent Nerello Cappuccio, sourced from the Arcuria and Feudo di Mezzo contrade on Etna’s northern slope. Young bush vines up to thirty years old, rooted in volcanic, mineral-rich stony soils that give Nerello its unmistakable character.

Fully destemmed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with a short passage through seasoned barrels before completing its élevage in tank.
