RIPPLE is Brash Higgins’ juicy red rebel—a vibrant, chillable blend that reimagines Nero d’Avola through a carbonic lens. Crafted from 50% whole-bunch Nero and 50% direct-pressed Shiraz juice, this certified organic red is all about aromatic lift, texture, and gluggable charm.

The process is wild (literally). Whole bunches of Nero float in a sea of Shiraz juice in mini fermenters under anaerobic conditions—a flood of mini fermentations that amplify fruit purity and bring a riot of freshness. Post-ferment, the wine was aged for 6 months in seasoned puncheons to round out the edges while keeping the juice juicy.

Expect bright notes of cherry, raspberry, rose petal, and a splash of pomegranate, laced with spice and a herbal flick. Serve it slightly chilled with grilled veggies or charcuterie and you’re set. This is your go-to midweek red with a natural edge and loads of personality.
